Greetings folks! If all the promotional emails in my inbox are anything to go by, the holidays must be upon us. Everyone’s offering discounts and bundles and stuff but here at HpP we’re doing things a little bit differently.
Starting today (November 23) and until December 16, all orders placed at the Heliopause Online Store have the option of gift wrapping and personalization at no extra charge! Just add in the notes section of your order which items are to be gift-wrapped, and what goes to who. I will confirm all personalization via email so that there are no mistakes. I can even ship gifts directly to their recipients for you!
Furthermore, from today through December 16, all purchases of $100 or more (before shipping) will receive a FREE original brush pen drawing! I usually only sell these at conventions, but just for now you can have one as a gift with a purchase of $100 or more.
Originals will be artist choice, but the $100 can be spaced over multiple orders, provided they are all placed between November 23 and December 16 2018 (so be sure to use the same contact email and/or credit card/PayPal so I can keep track!)
To begin, just head on over to the Heliopause Online Store. Select your items and, when going through check out, add this information in the notes:
[Name of Item] add gift wrap, personalize to [name of recipient]
Do this for each item that is to be a gift. If you run out of space in the form simply send me the same information at heliopauseweb@gmail.com and reference your order number.
I WILL CONFIRM ALL ITEMS/PERSONALIZATIONS WITH YOU PRIVATELY VIA EMAIL.
If you would like me to ship a gift directly to the recipient, put their address into the “ship-to” field but use your contact info (email/tel. #). My store doesn’t support separate billing/shipping addresses, but don’t worry, it’ll go through just fine. Please also put in the note that the package is going directly to the gift-receiver.
Unfortunately I’m not yet able to split orders between recipients. You’ll have to make a separate order for each shipping destination (but presents in the shipment can be made out to different people at the same address!)
FRIENDS OUTSIDE THE U.S.! (Or friends who want to pay via PayPal!)
Square, which handles payments for my online store, doesn’t accept non-US cards—but I can still help you! Just send an email to heliopauseweb@gmail.com and include the name and quantity of the item(s) you’d like, plus gift wrapping info, the shipping address and your PayPal email. I’ll send you a bill via PayPal, which will handle the currency conversion. It will also allow you to pay with your credit/debit card, PayPal balance or bank account—all of which are handled by PayPal. One order per shipping address, please!
Once the bill is paid and the address confirmed, I’ll ship your goods! Easy-peasy!
Again, for free gift wrapping and personalization, order from the Heliopause Online Store (either direct or via email) by December 16 (that’s a Sunday)! Order $100 or more to get a free original! Also, print prices will be going up in 2019, so take advantage of them while you can!
